Dua...what?

I'm so proud of Joe.  He competed in his first ever duathlon this past weekend.  We traveled to Columbia, MO for it.  For those that don't know, a duathlon is where you run, bike then run again.  For this one, he chose the long course which was a 1.5 mile run, a 15 mile bike ride and then another 3 mile run!  He completed it all in 1 hour and 31 minutes!!!  He did amazing and I was so proud of him.  Paige spend the night with Joe's parents and thankfully, stayed in the crib all night.  The last time we tried to have her spend the night, she decided to take a tumble out of the crib and then scared herself so bad she had to be taken home in her own crib.  Thankfully, there was not a repeat!
