Risky Business

We thought it would be cool to sneak into Paige's room after she went to sleep and put Jingle in there like he was watching over her over night. So I made Joe do it, because, honestly, I knew I would laugh too much!! Joe went in without being detected. Mission Accomplished!!!

Jingle Joe

Joe has been dying to make Jingle a zip line into our living room (I'm sure that will come) but until then Joe wanted to make Jingle repel down the railing. Paige kept calling him silly over and over (and over and over) again!

Naughty List

So, Paige had a few rough days of acting up so Jingle decided to write her a letter and tell her that Santa wants her to be a good girl! Joe said, you could see when he read it to her, it was sinking in. Not sure if it's just a fluke or what, but she's been better!

Stuffed

Jingle decided to hang out in Paige's stocking today.

FIRST Birthday!!!!

So I now remember why I have always though having your birthday so close to Christmas was not a great idea. It's not only a stressful holiday season time, now throw in a party on top of it and you have one stressed out girl!!

However, after all the stress, the party came together perfectly, despite Mason being a little under the weather. He was a bit surprised seeing all the people at his house when he woke up, but he did great! He ate like a champ and didn't make too much of a mess with his smash cake. Unlike his sister who had to be taken directly to the tub.

Mason got a ton of great presents. He is blessed to have awesome family and friends.

Also, at his 1 year check up, Mason weighs 20lbs and is 28.5" long. Which puts him in the 35% for weight and 10% for height, no shocker there!

Watching over us

Jingle wanted to be a part of the party too. So he decided to hang out on the birthday banner!!

Germies

Apparently, Jingle got a cold from hiding in the freezer. HAHA

Crappy Pants

Or lack thereof...poor Mason has been having #2 issues once again. Poor guy. Every time we make a change in his diet, it screws him up. So he recently was switched from formula to whole milk and increased his solid food intake quite a bit. Actually on that note, this kid eats an amazing amount of food. No kidding, he eats the same as we do! He definitely eats more than his picky big sis Paige!!!

Anyway, I think we have him "cleaned out" as Mona would put it (sorry about that) and he's back to the happy little boy again!

Tight Spaces

This one was pretty hard for Paige to find, but with a little help, she finally found him and thought it was really funny!

Flyin High

Jingle took a ride on the ceiling fan. Paige thought that was the silliest thing!

Shedding Tears

Forgive the quality of the picture, but here is a picture of Paige's school pictures. I about cried when I saw them. I was so proud of her for smiling so pretty. And she looks like such a grown up girl in this picture!

Almost had a catastrophe!! I came home from work and moved Jingle to his new place. I thought since it was going to be nice I would do my "locked out" idea. Basically, I taped him to the back door with him looking in. Well, apparently the tape didn't hold and when Joe got up in the morning he couldn't find him! Luckily he looked outside and found him.
