Growing boy!!
I can't believe how much Mason has grown already. Although I'm happy, it is, sometimes, bittersweet. He is almost 3 months old!!
Smarty Pants
Paige is obsessed with chap stick and I have (insert sarcasm) know idea where she would have got that from!!?!? She is also obsessed with pockets. Well, this outfit didn't have pockets so she just created her own way of carrying her chap stick around!! I thought it was pretty smart of her!
A few funny stories about Miss Paige. She likes to hide her "Tita" (her blanket) in hopes that she doesn't have to take a nap. The first time she did it, I thought maybe she didn't do it on purpose, but after the second time, I knew it was intentional! The first time it was time for her to sleep and I was looking all over the house for her Tita. I asked her where it was and she would shrug, smile and say "It's lost!" Then she would say "Daddy will find it" Well knowing that he was at work and wouldn't be home until after her nap! I eventually found it in Mason's closet!
Fast forward to the next day at my mother in laws house. She hide it behind the TV and then told her cousin Sylvia not to look for it! At this point, I knew we were in trouble!! Little stinker!
She has also developed a new little attitude (again no idea where in the world she got this from). If we tell her no to something she stomps her foot at us. When we give her "the look" (all parents know what I'm talking about) she will start marching in place and say "I'm just marching!" Yeah, right!! She is going to keep us on our toes for sure!
Independent Potty Time
Paige has decided she is big enough to use the potty all by herself. I love her set up in the bathroom that she has to do before each use. She picks up the stool that is by the sink for when she brushes her teeth, moves the toilet paper over by the toilet then puts the Elmo seat down. Then she climbs up on the stool, pulls down her pants and goes! It makes me a nervous wreck watching her bend over on that stool, but she insists on doing it HERSELF! She's such a big girl now. I actually took a pic of her on the toilet, but I refrain from posting that!!
Big Sis
Paige continues to love her little brother! She constantly wants to hold him and kiss him. However, the other day in the car he started crying and she looked over at him and said, "What are you crying for?"

Snow Day
Well, we finally got enough snow to play around in the other day. My first day back to work and it snows. I swear mother nature has an awesome sense of humor! Poor Joe was stuck at home with both kiddos during the snow and all Paige wanted to do was go play. So by the time I got home she was dying to go outside! Last year, (if you remember) she was not fond of the snow. This time, she loved it!! She started out by eating it then throwing it then rolling around in it! She had so much fun in her little snow suit and of course, helping daddy shovel the driveway!!
I caved...
So for months now, every time I put on makeup Paige says, "I want makeup" For a while now, I have been able to hold her off with her play makeup. Well, I finally caved and we had a makeup day!! We've been stuck at home for a few days so I decided to play around. I painted her toes, fingernails and put makeup to include lipstick on her!! She loved it and just kept looking at her nails! She's such a girl!
Funny book
As you can tell, Paige loves her books. Each week her Lela (grandma) takes her to the libray for a class and activity. Lately, each time she goes she picks out a book just for Mason. This was his this week! Guess who had more fun with it?!?!
Precious moments
Although these kids make our lives crazy and busier than we could ever imagine, I know neither Joe or I would change a moment of it. Especially times like this: Paige reading to her brother, him smiling at her and her giving him a kiss on the cheek! Just so precious!
I love how he just smiles at her!
Personal Space
Paige just loves to be all up in Mason's personal space! She insists that we put him on his activity mat just so she can get closer to him!
I think he's still a bit freaked out by the hanging toys!
